Trinket is "grey", not usable until relog

Sometimes, one of my trinkets becomes grey and cannot be equipped. It blocks the whole queue system. Looks like the delay is too short. How can I change it ?

I can confirm as well that this behavior happens from time to time. This is similar behavior to auto-sorting mod for the bags, sometimes items become gray and unresponsive until relog.
