feat(site): add TS app icons and favicons
Add a split-monogram app icon (off-white T + teal S on a dark rounded square, echoing the TrackSplit wordmark): favicon.ico plus 16/32 PNGs and a 180px apple-touch-icon linked from the landing page <head>, and a docs favicon + header logo wired into mkdocs. Also align the page meta description with the current server list (adds Navidrome and Plex). The local icon builder is gitignored.
