"auburn lull" search result oddity

I played a track off a split LP I own by Auburn Lull & Mahogany. Entering it to my playlist I search for auburn lull and it looks like the split LP comes up, but with the wrong title. And there's a 2nd compilation that comes up which also links to the same ZK entry!

And that entry is a non-compilation by "Flossie and the Unicorns" which doesn't mention Auburn Lull anywhere! Not sure why it is the linked-to result.

Thank Yary! That was an interesting case. It seems in 2001 when DOS zk was still being used to key albums, the Flossie and the Unicorns albums was keyed over a Burnt Hair records promo compilation. The tracks of the latter survive as a sort of ghost which incorrectly point to The Animals' Clubhouse.

Any albums keyed since 2005 are immune to this, but the older material is not guaranteed. To prevent confusion in the playlist builder and search functions, I've updated it to exclude such ghosts.

That brings us to the promo CD. Are you physically present at the station these days? If so, next time you're down there, I will ask you to look in general compilations for 'Burnt Hair Catalog 2001'. That's the name of the promo. It has 23 tracks, including the Auburn Lull/Mahogany split and more. If it's there at all, it might well have the same tag as The Animals' Clubhouse. If so, I would like to pull and rekey it. If you're no longer around, no worries, let me know, and I'll pass along to Francis.

It's also entirely possible that someone decided not to include the promo in the library (because it was a promo) and keyed over it intentionally, but we won't know until we check the stacks.
