Build fmLTPBR Project Type for Anabranch RS Warehouse

We need to be able to get @webernick79 FM projects consumed easily (preferably by click of button by idiot AS users inside his FMP app), where it uploads the database and/or project to the Anabranch RS Warehouse.

Then we need a method to at least update, if not sync (less concerned about changes in RS projects coming back down to database, than changes to database from FMP App getting updated in RS projects).

I like the workflow that we have used with Karen Bartlett.

The next step should be for @nick4rivers to produce a demo folder and file structure that shows us the file names and organization. No project XML needed at this initial stage.

Then we can review and talk about the XML.
