Can't Upload RS Projects to Data Exchange if Previously Deleted

@MattReimer I have been getting this issue for trying to reupload RS projects to the Data Exchange after I have deleted them. For example, I uploaded this RS Context project to my personal account, deleted it after downloading onto my desktop, and now the uploader won't allow me to reupload the project to the Data Exchange for my personal account or for an organization. Plus, I've tried uploading the downloaded version & the copy on Google Drive & have run into the same issue. Is there a way to refresh the uploader to allow the user to reupload previously deleted projects to the Data Exchange?

@philipbaileynar This was occurring on QGIS version 3.40.0 & 4.0.2 with QViewer version 2.0.2 but was also occurring in the last full release of QViewer as well.

Can you just upload it as new project?

@philipbaileynar I've tried to reupload as a new project but the upload dialogue window greys out all options, so I can't select the option to upload it as a new project to the Data Exchange.

OK, the manual workaround is quite straightforward.

Open the project.rs.xml and delete the entire <Warehouse /> tag near the top of the file. Save the file and try the upload again.

No. Don't close the issue. This is a valid edge case. It's rare but we need to handle it. I'll get a fix going eventually
