Ever since we removed foundation-emails as a dependency (in release v2.0.0), it looks like we forgot to remove the templates/scss/ directory from the project.
Since then, CSS, layouts, and conversion to email client-ready html has been handled cleanly by heml with a handful of overrides in templates/master.njk.
