1. First of all, python script uses random.randint() which is not at all related to browser's implementation of Math.random(). So, running python script is waste of time.
2. Math.random() is fixed post 2015/2016. So, running .html file on your latest browser and clicking Generate won't generate any of the vulnerable keys from pre 2015 era.
