it would need to submodule Spider and build it so it can be used

Ok so I have managed to migrate the codebase to use Spider instead, check it out! There are things kinda missing here such as removal of the runtime table and utils.insertCFunction might not work as expected since I am not sure if it works.

@jLn0n Is there any reason why Spider is added as a submodule here? Spider is a tool, not a library that LuauCeption uses so it doesn't make sense that we're adding it as a submodule here

so we will have a version of spider to follow, following the #13. lmk if u want it removed though.

Honestly, the idea of putting the tools as submodule is really non-standard (imo), we shouldn't do this.
