Description of bug:
my colleague Ellie Ashworth e.ashworth3@salford.ac.uk is registered with the site but when I try to add her to our Organisation she isn't recognised. could you check her account please?
How can we reproduce it:
go to Organisation dashboard (Northern care alliance)- invite new member- enter email under existing user- add user leads to error message
Expected behaviour:
user to be added
