Bug: Icon doesn't change state on one ui 8.5

Prerequisites

• I have searched the existing issues to make sure this bug has not already been reported.
• I have granted the android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS permission via ADB as described in the app's help dialog or README. (If not, this is likely the cause).
• If this bug is related to the USB Debugging tile, I have ensured Developer Options are enabled on my device.

Describe the Bug

When I tap on icon in quick settings panel it doesn't change state. It does change only when I close and open panel. It occured after one ui 8.5 update on my s24 ultra. Other tiles change state normally.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open quick settings
2. Tap on icon
3. It doesn't change state
4. Close and open quick settings
5. It changed state

Expected Behavior

It should change state from "my dns" to "auto" visually.

Actual Behavior

It should change state 😐

Just to confirm, does the actual Private DNS setting change correctly, and only the Quick Settings tile fails to update visually right away?

I noticed that the One UI 8.5 update is now available on my test device as well. I'll install it and try to reproduce the issue.

Yes it's just visual bug. Actual settings change just fine.

I was able to reproduce the bug. I'm now experiencing the same issue. I also noticed two more things:

1. The bug only occurs in the expanded Quick Panel, not in the top quick settings row when you only pull down the Quick Panels once (If you haven't separated notifications and Quick Settings).
2. The corresponding text always changes correctly, only the icon does not.

So far, I haven't found a solution yet.
