Profiles components not displayed on permanent user attributes

Hi. I'm trying to reduce the time it takes to create users with similar attributes using profiles and profile components.

I've created the profile components and linked to a profile. However, when I create a user and select this profile, none of the reply attributes in the profile, appear under the permanent users reply attributes. Is another step required or am I doing something wrong?
