Steps to reproduce

1. Install Qubes OS or buy the machine with it preinstalled.
2. Disconnect AC power.
3. See how long the battery lasts.

Expected behavior

Reasonable battery life, probably several hours.

Actual behavior

Battery lasts 2.5 hours or less

Additional information

I get no entry into C3 sleep, which is why I expect that this is at least in part a bug in Qubes OS or one of its components, rather than just a hardware limitation.
