Cell Highlight

I’m trying to figure out how to highlight a specific cell within a nested report. Can someone provide some ideas on how this can be done, if possible? Looking to provide users a search capability where the report would be searched and any cells containing their search term would be highlighted somehow. Either changing the cell background color or changing the text color, etc.
