pydblite is failed to install when using latest version of setuptools

Getting below error when trying to install using latest setuptools version:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement PyDbLite==3.0.4 (from versions: 3.0, 3.0.1, 3.0.2, 3.0.3, 3.0.4)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for PyDbLite==3.0.4

I changed setup.py as some dependencies deprecated, it can work now.
