[Bug] Automation Tab in Cluster Mgmt no Tags & Labels

Describe the bug

In the Automation Tab und Tags & Labels always shows no Tags.
Even when tags are present in the Cluster and tagged on the VM.
The mentioned tag button seams not to exist. Assignment is only available in VM config.
Registering tags on the cluster neither made them apear

Steps to Reproduce

1. Assign Tags to VM
2. Open Cluster / Automation / Tags&Labels

Expected behavior

Tags & Labels should appear
VM schould be groupable

Environment

• PegaProx Version: 0.9.13.2 but already earlier
• Installation Method: Script => Gitclone
• OS: Ubuntu 24.04
• Browser: Firefox, Edge and Chrome
• Behind Reverse Proxy? Yes Nginx
• UI? All three UI

Thanks @cybrwerk — reproduced and fixed. The Tags & Labels view was only reading tags you'd assigned through PegaProx's own tag UI; PVE-native tags set directly in the VM config were never merged in, so the list stayed empty even though your VMs were tagged. Fixed on Testing (c5d8f9b): the endpoint now also pulls the live tags field off each guest, so anything tagged in Proxmox shows up here (and the VMs become groupable by it). Verified that a cluster whose guests carry PVE tags returns them with the right per-tag counts. The "assign a tag from this view" button you noticed missing is a separate gap I've jotted down — for now the round-trip is: tag in PVE config → it appears here.
