[Feature] UPS devices monitoring and VM management.

Central management for UPS devices will be nice, so pegaprox can shutdown vms and containers in event of power outage and then power on them when everything is normal.
UPS devices are essential in data centers and NUT server exists but I think this will be great feature in PegaProx.

Thanks for the suggestion — UPS-aware shutdown is a sensible fit for a multi-cluster manager, and you're right that NUT is the natural integration point. It's not on the roadmap today, but I've noted it; the rough shape would be PegaProx subscribing to a NUT server (upsd) and, on an on battery / low battery event, running an ordered graceful shutdown of guests (and optionally the nodes), then bringing them back up once mains returns. Two things that'd help me scope it: would you point PegaProx at an existing NUT server, or expect it to manage upsd itself? And do you need per-VM/per-node shutdown ordering and delays, or is a flat "shut everything down" enough for your case?
