[Bug] OIDC Issues - Logout and Logo

When logging out of PegaProx, you must refresh the page in order to have the option again to Login with your iDP provider. The Login via OIDC button is not visible. Also, more cosmetic, but the logo on the OIDC button appears to default to the Microsoft logo. This should either b

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as OIDC User
2. Log out.

Expected behavior

Upon logging out, users should be presented the login page with the option to log in via OIDC

• PegaProx Version: Beta 0.9.5
• Installation Method: LXC Container
• OS: Debian 13
• Browser: Chrome 146.0.7680.178
• Behind Reverse Proxy? No
• UI? Corporate
