Add user selected timeout options for rolling updates.
Use Case
Rolling updates are timeouts are hardcoded and there will be some situations that a user may want to define them manually.
my suggestion is to add fields for "vm migrations timout" and "wait online timeout" for users to put their custom values.
if the did not select any values, use the defaults.
