Forgotten Warden Primal Markings, does not exist in POB, and is not imported.

How does Path of Building behave?

Chracter imported without this body armour

Equip the body armour and try import your character

Additionally, if you try to import the armour itself as a custom item, POB rejects it as it doesn't recognize the base. You have to type in a different base, but that automatically replaces whatever ev/es stats with that other bases and doesn't allow custom ones, so I've had to use Monastic Garb as a somewhat close end result.
