Flashed FPGA status is not retained or displayed

Test_app_1.4.0-dev.0

1. Open the Test App

2. Select the Sensor Tab

3. For the Left and Right Flash permanent the FPGA's

4. Once for both cameras are flashed permanently, there is no message displayed these sensors are already flashed

5. Open the Test Application

6. Navigate to the Sensor tab

7. Permanently flash the FPGA for both the left and right sensors

8. Close the Test Application

9. Re-launch the Test Application

10. Check the status of the previously flashed sensors

Actual Behavior

• No message or indication is displayed showing that the sensors have already been permanently flashed

Expected Behavior

• Application should indicate that the sensors have already been permanently flashed for the flashed sensors
