Create OMS and OMC

Split OpenMixerControl into:

• oms (OpenMixerService) - is the "Mixer", interacts with the audio hardware, implements an OSC server
• omc (OpenMixerControl) - is the "GUI and Surface", interacts with Displays, Button, Encoders, Faders, implements an OSC client
