Logo image not responsive — overlaps text on smaller screens

When viewing the website on smaller screens or mobile devices, the logo image in the header section becomes too large and overlaps the heading text (“Support OpenGovAfrica”). This affects readability and breaks the visual layout of the page.

On larger screens, the layout appears correct.
