About using new utility to create scan paths

Dear authors,
After creating paths using the create path tool, a series of scan paths (scanpath_0 ,scanpath_1 , .... )are generated. How do we use these paths in order to apply them to a multilayer simulation? Or maybe there is no support for multi-layer emulation using different path files yet？

@LPH0696 - it is possible to run the multilayer simulation with unique scan paths since every layer directory can use a unique scan path. However, the current tutorial does not do so. I will update the runLayers tool to work with a series of scan paths and merge shortly
