Incorporate vocabulary search in catalog search

Vocabulary search is a Polina development through which we can tag exposure variables with standard vocabulary concepts

Jay, I have started to build out elements in the "architecture" directory. One of the stages of this is 3-extraction.

This is the stage at which entity resolution and relation extraction can be done. This is best guided by an ontology.

If you provide me the link to the ontology/vocabulary here I can start to incorporate this into the Gliner code.

This would be fed into a knowledge graph and allow "entity searching" following approaches like GraphRAG or others.

@kzollove, maybe you can help here. This looks old and may not include everything that Doug needs. Also, I would like to add Polina to gaiaCatalog. Can I do that?
