It seems that building patch opam in branch 2016-03-02-opam-builder is not working

I cloned this version and tried to compile it:
https://github.com/lefessan/opam/tree/2016-03-02-opam-builder

But I have failures with make lib-ext. It seems that cudf and dose have a wrong md5.
