Line 236 and following: a question: in view of effective publication, in the Recommendation for Authors, should Authors be encouraged to publish new names in Open Access journals only?

Whilst this would be the ideal situation, given that the predominant OA publishing model incurs a cost to the author, we do not specifically recommend the use of OA journals only.
