Use the diagnose skill on a real hard bug or performance regression and assess whether .claude/skills/diagnose/scripts/hitl-loop.template.sh earns its place.
Acceptance
- Run
/diagnose through reproduce → minimise → fix → regression-test on a real issue.
- Decide whether the bundled
hitl-loop.template.sh is useful, needs rework, or should be removed.
- Add a worked example to the skill if it would help future use.
Tooling-evaluation follow-up; not blocking.
