Scrub & left are reversed in default patch

Compared to the doc:

• up / down are ok
• left is zoom, zoom is right, right is scrub, scrub is left

e.g. when I click "scrub" (which should be 101 ?) I get the value for "left" (98) as per the docs

in any case thanks a lot for this, I implemented it in https://github.com/celtera/libremidi from your docs to make the protocol easily available for anyone doing MIDI in c++ :)
