Description of feature
This is a feature request to 1) add a third SNP cutoff to the pipeline and 2) modify the existing strong SNP cutoff. The third cutoff is to distinguish very strong linkages (0-5 SNPs). The modification of the current cutoff would be to change the strong linkage cutoff from (0-10 SNPs) to (6-10 SNPs). The intermediate cut off (11-50 SNPs) should remain the same. This modification should be reflected in the different BB outputs including the microreact files.
