change: refacto hw-health for generic compossible stages

Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

Right now HW-Health have 3 types of stages:

1. Collector
2. Processor
3. Sink

We want to collapse them into one Node, which can act as any of stages.

Feature Description

From hw-health persective it should be able to compose stage graph in any shape.
Hw-Health should be able to use nv-redfish dispatcher to properly handle workload (scrape events).
