[bug] Can't add my own custom AI provider

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Team Management setting
2. Click on 'Providers'
3. Type down the fields for custom API
4. Click on Save Providers.

Expected behavior
The custom API would be added into the list of providers, which then I could use to select my own models

Additional context
Dunno how it happened, or what was supposed to happen in the first place, since this is the first time I used this.
