Add in brine salinity update at 4.2.2 into MY_SRC

@atb299 pointed out a GOSI9 addition in icethd_pnd.F90 that is included in the NPD. As we're working towards a possible harmonisation of SE-NEMO and NPD it would be useful to include this.
