The readme and settings both make mention of there being content that's enabled when you play with other mods. I found a few vague mentions pouring over the changelog, but there doesn't actually seem to be a list of what mods are supported anywhere? Which would be a good thing to have for seeing everything the mod has to offer in its proper context.
