ADS-B MultiFeeder Suggestion: Support generic adsbexchange base or aggregator

Since there are several ADSBexchange spin-offs, it might be good to allow users to configure their own feeder upstreams that use the format. I will look into adding it myself if I get a chance.

Adding custom feeders might not be an easy one, I fear. And I would love to give this upwards to the upstream project I mostly utilize: https://github.com/Thom-x/docker-fr24feed-piaware-dump1090

The ADSB Feeder Image is nice. I gave it a spin a while ago. I tried to wrap it up in my own add-on, but IIRC it was a pain as it utilizes Docker internally. But I might give it a try another day...
