Custom tracks crash even in correct slots.

When I load the game up on Riivolution on my Wii, the characters load fine. But when I load up a course, it sends out a le code exception error. I have put out the correct slots. The only track I have managed to get to work is Toadette's Turnpike 2 as I have managed to perfectly load it in Dolphin.

I think I might have found the cause. I don't think heavyweight custom characters work well with CTDM mods. They crash tracks and they drive invisible cars. I still need my config fixed though.

Your config.txt seems fine; I manually patched the LE-CODE binary without encountering any errors.
Are you using Gecko codes when running the game? Try disabling them both on Dolphin (Options->General->Enable Cheats) and within CTDM (using the 'Gecko codes' menu). Gecko codes are known to occasionally break CT distributions.

Regarding heavyweight custom characters, I'm aware of this. See issue #10 . Unfortunately, I am still searching for a solution.

It would be more handy if there was a way to remove custom characters from your distribution.

Or, maybe if there was an easy way to export mods to an SD Card for use with actual homebrewed consoles.

Infact, none of the custom characters work. I've tried medium sized characters and it gave me an error too.

In order to remove a custom character you can simply press the cross icon.

1. Create a zip of your CT Distribution.
2. Extract it inside your Wii SD card, in the root folder. Riivolution is required.

OK thanks. I decided to manually add the characters in the XML file which was harder to do. :(
