Fix or remove bowlby-hosted build artifact links

I am no longer in the mastercard github organisation, so it might be the case that the API token that is currently being used to make build artifacts (those linked from https://mastercard.github.io/flow/ and from the summary of each action run) browsable will stop working soon.

If the links do break, we should do either of:

• Have someone still in mastercard provision a new bowlby instance and fix all the links to point to that
• Remove the links when they eventually break

I can run someone through what I did to get the current instance going, but the second option is a completely valid choice too.

I think we can try setting up an instance of bowlby, if that doesn't work out to be maintainable, we can go with the second option. I'll get back to you at the earliest to get this setup.
