Jquery click events of top right icons (nav nav-pills) are not working properly.
Alternating click events in the registration and sign up icons are not hiding respective forms. Instead, the next icon clicked, will be showing its related form after the unhidden one.
*To hide the register or sign up forms after being showed it's necessary to click again in the icons.
Example: Step1: Click search icon - a search form will appear,
Step 2: Click login icon- search form hides and it appears the login form.
Step 3: Click register icon: search form will disappear and registration form is showed,
Step 4: Click login icon: registration form still showing and login form displayed under it.
To hide the registration form it's needed to click again on the registration icon.
