In the custom quick tag options, alert the user when allocating a tag to a field that is already in use, or prevent him from doing it

in the quick tag custom options, prevent user from usig a tag that is already in use.

For instance, if I already have the "VENUE" type assigned to the comment field, if I try to assign the "mood"type to the comment field, I will receive a notification or it will block it.
