isolate feedback from ldes process (via ldio-workbench) logging

feedback from the ldio-workbench execution seems to be limited to

• actual state of the ldes-client and pipeline --> retrievable in the rest-api
• error-logging simply to the docker-console and mixed-in from distinct executed pipelines
  • log4j settings could probably help tune output to file (to be discovered how to grab it from there / share it with docker-host though)
  • isolation per pipeline might be handled through docker-replicas (https://docs.docker.com/reference/compose-file/deploy/#replicas)

depends on / should wait for coordinator (#5 ) component to be there
then extend that with some way to

• keep track and/or poll replicas for being available for work
• reject work if none are free
• start one job at a time on one replica
• reset the log for it & find a way to capture logging
• poll for end-of job to bundle and keep produced log
• no longer expose the ldio port for the replicas, instead handle that in the coordinator ui
  • proxy / combine the list-* output across the various ldio-replicas port-numbers
  • find some way to multiplex ./replicfa-name/API_BASE/** calls
