[Feature] Template Editor: Support tool-specific property editing

Description

The Template Editor should allow editing tool-specific properties (e.g. LimeSurvey question type, display settings) directly on templates, not only in the Survey Customizer.

Currently, tool-specific settings can only be configured in the Survey Customizer during export. This means users must switch tools to adjust properties that logically belong to the template itself.

Expected Behavior

• Tool-specific sections in the Template Editor for configuring properties like question type, display width, validation rules, etc.
• Much of the existing Survey Customizer question-editing UI can be reused
• Changes saved directly into the template JSON (under the tool-specific key, e.g. LimeSurvey)
