Automation of Usage Report

It would be nice to automate the production of MAQ-Observations Usage Reports.

1. Automatically download the necessary .csv files from /wp-admin/, either always the full reports (redundant data!) or preferably only the new data
2. Adapt the scripts to automate the process
3. Add task to Windows Task Scheduler to produce Usage Reports and inform relevant users
