App restart required after every Core restart since 2026.5.1 (serial integration?)

Have you come across anything in the add-on that could explain why I’ve had to restart the app after every Core restart since version 2026.5.1?

I’ve also seen several Core issues reporting problems with serial integrations. I’m running into the same behavior with VzLogger2Mqtt, but not with ZwaveJsUI or Zigbee2Mqtt.

Hmm sorry. This is the first I've heard of this. I'd you can narrow it down to something please let me know or submit a pull request.

If multiple apps with Serial are having this issue the ha core rep may be a better place for a bug report
