Salvage CO Skilltree: Ctrl key costing scrap when in an inventory menu

Hi!

Awesome mod, really enjoying the new salvage skill tree. But noticed a weird interaction:

When you use the Ctrl key to move loot/in a marketplace it consumes scrap for the 'moving slowly' buff, from the "Makeshift Measures" skill.
This is super confusing the frustrating for the quick move of items when looting/trading etc.

Steps to reproduce:

• get your scrap above 0%
• dock at a station
• open the market place and hold down ctrl for a few seconds
• undock and check your scrap

You can also do this while going through loot from combat/salvaging, and you will see your scrap meter drop down slowly.

Ok so it looks like anytime you press and hold Ctrl key with the "Makeshift Repairs" ability - it drains. Even when paused on the map, or in system as an example.
