token_revoked when adding three accounts

It seems like I can only add two accounts. If I add a third account, I get token_revoked on one of the three.

From the PR you created #131 , it looks like this issue may be related to your NixOS. The temp directory was not created so that tokend was revoked.

You can use the alpha version and try it.

npx @loongphy/codex-auth@next login
