data: publish 2.1.6 theme/thumb/mask archives for 6 missing resolutions

The app fetches per-resolution data from src/trcc/data/ (theme{res}.7z,
web/{res}.7z, web/zt{res}.7z). Six portrait/widescreen resolutions had no
archives published — 640172, 172640, 960320, 320960, 1920440, 4401920 — so
devices on them 404'd at runtime and rendered blank (the "LCD blank in mock"
symptom). These are real resolutions (FBL_PROFILES is missing them too, tracked
separately); the data ships in the Thermalright 2.1.6 install's Data/USBLCD
tree.

Extracted from the 2.1.6 install and packed with the (now-fixed)
dev/tools/pack_theme_archives.py — 18 archives, 107 MB, integrity-tested. Stock
themes (Theme1-5), cloud preview thumbs, and cloud masks for each resolution.
