Create Own Network

Option to create own network via the micropython device, that other devices can connect to. Should be a feature as some systems don`t have a WiFi internet connection.

Letting the user connect to a network however they want and not having a predefined version of connecting to the network could also be viable. A middle way option would be proper, so that predefined functions can be used or a personal method.
