v.1.6 when trying to split to distributed crate ALL files get added to EVERY object with addToRepo

Using addToRepo() when splitting a crate into a distributed crate I have found that all files get added to all objects.

This does not appear to affect when creating new distributed crates, only where there is an existing ro-crate-metadata.json file in the data directory.

Also only appears to affect when the original crate has multiple sub-collections, if it is a single collection with child objects it seems to be ok
