Get system-specific, filter-specific DRW parameters

Currently, I use the same hand-picked value of tau and SF_inf for all the lensed systems and all filters. But using sims_GCRCatInterface, we can assign each lensed system with a tau parameters and five SF_inf parameters (one for each filter).
