Missing configuration options for reverse proxy leads to incorrect URLs

When adding additional metadata files to an entity, a URL is generated [using some settings of the configuration file](https://github.com/Kompakkt/Server/blob/master/src/services/db/saving-strategies.ts#L287-L298), however, this does not work if the server is only exposed behind a reverse proxy.
