Have the user select either GAIA or SIMBAD for target resolver

Feature request. You still need SIMBAD to get the GAIA ID.

Currently the SIMBAD and GAIA results merge. We want it so that you populate one or the other (or keep current behavior)

The following gaia params are extracted. These replace values (if they exist) from SIMBAD:
ra_deg: number,
dec_deg: number,
parallax: number,
systemic_velocity: number,
g_mag: number,
t_eff: number

SIMBAD does not provide t_eff, so GAIA always adds this one in.
